9. Description of Project/Study/Course/Research, including Nordic relevance, i.e. why it is important or even essential to undertake your studies in one of the Nordic countries, versus elsewhere in the world.
10. Length of Study Period / Dates at the Host Institution (in weeks/months)
11. Host Institution: indicate the name of the institution and program
12. List of Contacts, if applicable, at the Host Institution
13. List of others involved with your Project/Study/Course/Research, if applicable
14. List other sources of funding for this Project/Study/Course/Research that you have applied for or that you have or will receive.


Please include the following with your application:

A. Two letters of reference in envelopes, sealed by the referee's stamp or signature
B. Certified copy of your university transcript(s)
C. Any other relevant support material, such as portfolio, resumé, website, CD, DVD, etc. that you feel supports your application
D. $25.00 application fee, by cheque or money order made out to The Canadian-Scandinavian Foundation.
E. Proof attestation of completion of studies in Scandinavia for retroactive studies ((letter of invitation / acceptance is NOT sufficient)
F. Proof of Canadian citizenship or landed immigrant status : photocopy of Canadian passport, Canadian citizenship card or IMM 1000 certificate.

NB. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of travel i.e. BOARDING PASS and submit a brief report upon completion of their project, as well as recognize the contribution of CSF whenever possible.

Applications must be postmarked before or on (we currently DO NOT have a deadline, please DO NOT send an application at this time)-WITH all the required material INCLUDING application fee in order to be considered. Please mail the original application (WITHOUT staples, as your material will be photocopied) in one envelope / package to:
